Refund policy

There are no refunds for the digital products (pdf/downloadable patterns, cut files, etc.) we sell.  

Fabrics shipped to the United States can be returned if the fabric is defective, flawed or miscut. 

Fabrics shipped internationally are eligible for a refund if defective, flawed or miscut, but customers are responsible for return postage.

Returns must be handled with care and in same condition as when they were received. If an item has been cut, washed or altered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or credit. If received on a roll, please send back on the same roll to avoid damage.
