I wasn’t sure this pattern was my style, but then I needed it for a Halloween costume. I made two more using small remnants of sweater knit and technical fleece in ultra short hoodie mode (sleeveless) and I am totally obsessed with this pattern now.

I have already made three. I really wish GS would come out with a full length top with the same kind of color blocking. And matching joggers or draw string skirt.
Pattern arrived promptly and had no problem getting it printed off In color by an external service. So far everything going together just fine
I made the zipper version this morning and I love it. Easy to make and the sizing is - as always - perfect for me.
I messed up and made mine too big because I measured myself wearing much thicker clothing than I would have with the ultra crop on, so make sure you wear what you mean to wear under the ultra crop before measuring yourself! But otherwise I absolutely love this thing. I made a lovely scrap-buster, and it's so pretty! I did add thumbholes - please add thumbholes if you ever update this pattern!

This pattern has a bunch of options, you can basically make half a dozen entirely different garments from it. From a sleeveless mesh pullover to a cosy zip hoodie, it's all in here. The front curve of the ultra crop is flawless. The sleeve and shoulder insert is great for all kinds of colourblocking, different materials, piping, topstitching.
If you are worried that the pattern might be cluttered and overwhelming due to all the options, it isn't!! There is a very neat overview of all the different versions and which pieces you need for what, and a list of which pages to print for each piece. The sewing steps are very clear and even the version with the shoulder colourblocking comes together quickly and isn't as fiddly as it might seem.
This is the perfect pattern! Sleeveless, long sleeves, color blocked sleeves, with a hood, without a hood, color blocked hood, ultra crop, reg crop, and a lot more! I'm 5'11" and added length to have my sleeveless crop be not so cropped. The ultra crop I made to match my GS Cami, and my granddaughter begged for one - of which she loves! Great pattern!
