New Pattern Release: The Cambria Top

New Pattern Release: The Cambria Top

Posted by Melanie Burns on

In the midst of all the athletic patterns we've been bringing you, the brilliant minds behind Greenstyle want to remind you that we're so much more than athletics! Introducing the Cambria top: the trendy new blouse that'll bring you through the holidays and beyond! Style it for a backyard BBQ, a night on the town, or a day at the office. Grab that special fabric you've been saving to glitz up your special occasions! Pair it with jeans, skirts, shorts, or slacks - the Cambria is here for all seasons!

This pattern is just chock full of options for SO many different looks!

Sleeve Options:

  • Four lengths (short, 3/4, full length, long cuff)
  • Gathered at the top and bottom
  • Pleated at top and gathered at bottom
  • Bishop (gathered only at bottom)

Neckline Options:

  • Mock (turtleneck)
  • High Crew
  • Low Crew
  • Wide Scoop

Fit Options:

  • Easy fit
  • Slimmer fit
  • Optional FBA Piece

Length and Hem Options:

  • High Hip
  • Low Hip
  • Banded or Hemmed

You can mix and match any of the many options to get a whole variety of looks!

This pattern follows our updated size chart and comes in sizes B-M, which fits from 30" to 61" bust and 32" to 62" hip.

This pattern works best with knit fabrics with at least 40% 4 way stretch. The look you get with this shirt depends on the type of fabric you use. If you want a more structured look, consider using more stable knits like Ponte or a Cotton French Terry, and if you want a more drapey look, use knits like double brushed polyester, ITY, or bamboo spandex. Dress it up or make it casual, the choice is yours!

The Cambria Top will be on sale for a special Pre-Black Friday price of $7.80 which will last until Tuesday, November 24th, after which it will return to full price of $12. Grab your copy of the pattern here!
