Iron On Elastic

Discover the seamless design of high-end undies or swimwear with tucked edges and invisible elastic. Our fusible elastic guarantees easy 'hemming" of edges for leg openings and waistlines.

Available in 3 widths - 1/4", 3/8", and 3/4" and sold by the yard.

We recommend using the 1/4" and 3/8" for the leg openings and the 1/2" for the waist.  Use the highest heat your fabric can withstand and pressure helps the adhesion. A heat press will ensure better adhesion, but an iron will work well for most fabrics.

We tested the elastic on swim fabric, Breeze, Mist, Align, Signature and French Terry... It performed well on all but the French Terry.  Please test it on a few scrap pieces of your desired fabric. We suggest washing the test piece in your washing machine to ensure the elastic will work well with your chosen fabric.
